Breathwork circle (online)
Exhale the tension of the week, reconnect to yourself and others
Service Description
This Sunday, I warmly invite you to attend my first online breathwork circle. This event blends guided breathwork with a sharing circle. We begin by soothing busy minds through calming breathwork to enter a space where you can listen to your inner thoughts. If you feel comfortable, you may choose to share your reflections with the group. Both practices are designed to foster self-awareness and authentic connection. By participating, you can expect to relax deeply, connect with others in a genuine way, and finish the session feeling refreshed and supported. Whether or not you have attended a sharing circle before, my intention is to bring together a group of humans who are interested in exploring their authentic truth. In this space, everyone is invited to be seen and heard as they are. This gathering echoes the ancient tradition of communities coming together around the firelight; a simple ritual for meaningful expression and connection. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you wish, or simply be present. The circle is a collaborative process, facilitated by me, and the group co-creates their own unique experience. Session schedule (90 minutes): • Welcome and overview • Explanation of breathwork techniques • Guidelines for sharing circle • 35-minute guided breathwork • Open space to share • Close and goodnight Key Agreements: • Confidentiality. Personal stories shared within the group remain private • No interruptions or feedback on others’ shares • Speaking is optional. Silence is welcome, and your presence is valued This space is open to all, regardless of gender. Everyone is welcome to participate. If you have any questions before joining, please feel free to reach out. I hope to see you there!
