About Me
I'm Holly. I hold a PhD in neuroscience and have spent two decades working across public, academic, and corporate sectors.
Alongside, I have always been drawn to practices like yoga and meditation. After experiencing repeated cycles of burnout and mental health challenges, I turned more fully toward "holistic" healing, deepening my personal practices and eventually training in those that supported me most.
